BATTLESHIP V2.0

INTRO

This is Battleship For the TI-82. This game has 1 player vs. AI and 2 player vs. games on the one calc. Link play is not yet supported but version 3 is nearly complete with link play compatability. I only have one calc so it is hard to get the link working and tested.

**CAUTION**
THIS PROGRAM USES MATRIX [B] TO SAVE. If this Matrix is changed or removed, then a game is loaded, you will receive errors!

INSTRUCTIONS
First you must place 5 ships, 1 Patrol boat (2-long), 2 Destroyers (3-long), 2 Cruisers (4-long) and one Aircraft Carrier (5-long). Move the ? to the top-left point of the ship you want to place and press ALPHA to place a ship downwards or 2nd to place a ship to the right. You can not overlap ships or go off the edge. To shoot, move the ? to the point you want to shoot and press 2nd. To win you must hit the other player 21 times. Press CLEAR on your turn to exit. On exiting your game will be saved, but will be overwritten if you go New Game. The AI is player 2. If you resume a 2-player game through AI game, the AI will take over player 2. Likewise, if you load an AI game through vs. game, player 2 will take over the AI's game. PLayer one always goes first after saving. This might be fixed by version 3. Link games are not saveable. If you try to load a game and matrix [B] has been deleted or changed, it will not work. By the way, you shouldn't cheat by looking in [B], but you can if you really want to. It's your loss not mine.

The next release of Battleship will feature:
